Resources

Below are the primary resources you'll need while your child(ren) is part of our C.O.S.Kids family.

Tuition Rates

C.O.S.Kids offers highly competitive rates for our Infant and Toddler programs, our Preschool programs, and our After School programs.

Our Infant and Toddler programs and Preschool programs also include a nutritious breakfast, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack.

We highly recommend that all parents set up automatic billing through the Tuition Express portal of ProCare. You can fill out and return this form to our office at any time to get started or email us for a direct link to enter your information digitally.

If you prefer to manually submit your payments each week, please use the following steps to get started:

1. Save the MyProCare link to your favorites for easier access.
2. Enter the email address you have on file with C.O.S.Kids, then choose GO.
3. Check your email for a confirmation code. Enter that code, choose your password, then press GO.
4. You can now access your child's account and make your weekly payments through the pay button.
As an organization focused on creating an atmosphere for children to grow mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually, safety of those children is our number one priority.

All of our staff have passed local, state, and federal background checks, which are re-administered every five years. Each member is additionally responsible to uphold several levels of training, which you can read about below. We work to minimize the presence of only one teacher in a room at any time to allow for additional supervision and support of the children.

Our campus is secured through magnetic security cards and safety glass, and our facilities and playground are regularly inspected for any safety issues. We practice fire drills with the children every month, and have quarterly shelter-in-place and lockdown drills.

We encourage families to visit our campus at any time to build relationships with the staff and spend time with their children in their classrooms.
We strive to keep two teachers in our classrooms at all times for increased care of your children. Every one of our teachers have passed their local, state, and federal background checks, and have been recommended by previous employers, families, or churches that they have worked with.

Before working in our classrooms, each staff member must complete 16 hours of initial training for classroom management and supervision, as well as the NC state mandated 17 hours of additional online training for health and safety. All of our staff are required to have current First Aid and CPR training, and our teachers of infants must renew their SIDS training every three years. Additionally, we include training for infectious disease control, injury prevention, child abuse awareness, nutrition, age-appropriate activities, curriculum, and classroom arrangement.
